Tell me about it! Most likely wouldn't be replacing them if they did.

I am doing all the bushings in the rear and installing zerks on all of them, too.

U-joints

Anyone replace the front u-joint on the rear shaft?

Just wondering if I can get it at NAPA or if i have to get raped at the dealer?

Well, the quad is back and running. Would have had it back sooner if they had listened to me to start with. They tried coil and ECM, fuse block, wiring.... I suggested crank sensor from day one....apparently I should go be a Polaris tech! Yes. It was the crank sensor. [-o< BTW, They installed plugs ...

I wish it were that simple...
I always check the easy stuff first and that was on the trail. So if it ends up at the dealer, then the simple stuff was a bust. I love my Polaris', but what sucks is that the local mechanic just isn't very good.

And I am not the only one...

It was sooooooo cold that the snow was that light fluffy stuff. We were breaking tracks @ 50% of the time. Not bad when you have the right gear to ride. Most women get jewelry for Christmas...mine got bib coveralls, matching coat and Rocky boots! :mrgreen:
