Re: New side x side or not?

F) I HATE, ABSOLUTELY HATE that stupid Viscolok or whatever 4WD system...spin, spin...sorta lock. I think that's why they call it "Crisco Lock" instead of Viscolok  The other thing I don't like about it is its width... Too wide to be legal on forest service trails, at least up here (over 50" w...

If you ever make it up this way, shoot me a PM! We'd be more than happy to show you around if you want

Re: mini mikes tip of the week!

We flipped that switch on my wife's new ATV this past weekend (when she wasn't looking) and she was like "What the f@#$, my ATV won't start"

Nice pics and beautiful country
I know how you feel about riding when you feel under the weather. My wife and I were both fighting a nasty cold all last week and didn't decide until the last minute to go on the ride we did this past weekend...

Re: MT/ID/WA End of Summer Ride

Very cool. We have a lot of mines in Northern Calif. It amazes me when you see them, that people climbed into these "tombs" in the hill...and worked there. Crazy. That's cool. I'm amazed at what people are willing to do to find gold and silver  We didn't venture too far off the trails when we ...

Re: MT/ID/WA End of Summer Ride

Nice! Looks a little chilly, but that's probably expected, right? Thanks for the pix! It was in the mid 50's all day. Wasn't too bad when we were sitting somewhere, but got a little chilly when we were riding. I was wearing wool socks, insulated boots, long john bottoms, jeans, t shirt, riding shir...

MT/ID/WA End of Summer Ride

Well, we got home and unpacked a little while ago and I'm still stoked about the awesome ride we did yesterday. We met up with some friends from Washington, Idaho and Montana for what we hope will be an annual "End of Summer Ride" in Wallace, ID. Wallace has been ranked in the top 3 places in the US...

Re: Blacktail/Wild Bill OHV Ride

Boy, would I love to ride the old Milwaukee Road! That will be cool - I second the request for pix from that one!! We're all emigrants, where in CA did you move from? Montana is showing up frequently on the short list for retirement places for me! East Bay Area, Alamo to be exact. My family has liv...

Re: Look At What Showed Up Today...

I love my Bighorns. I've had mine on for a little over a year now and they are showing hardly any wear (and we do considerable riding on asphalt, too). I air them down in the summer for trail riding and air them up in the winter for plowing snow and I just couldn't be happier. I've ridden in places ...

Re: Blacktail/Wild Bill OHV Ride

Man, that is some beautiful country, Matt! Please keep posting your ride stories. Montana makes me drool. You don't need to buy a trailer, just ride your ATV down the highway to wherever you want to go. :) There's a guy out here working on a 'grand scheme' with your legislature to try and create a ...

Re: Blacktail/Wild Bill OHV Ride

I think you guys have the atv catering thing down. :D Ha! Thanks Matt...looking forward to Montana pictures. If you haven't figured it out...this site originally started because I took a bunch of pictures of our rides...and nobody else could see them unless they came over my house. So we really lik...

Oh, and hellcat, we do have the catering thing down. No reason we can't 100% enjoy our time on the trail
