Re: SPOT 2 Satellite Sale

the rebate is only good if you pay regular price, $149.95+ however if you can find the one with the bonus adventure kit, it has a 15% off coupon for the basic service in the box. I called SPOT, they honor the rebate if purchased through any of their recognized retailers regardless of the sell price.

SPOT 2 Satellite Sale

If you've been thinking of getting one of the SPOT Satellite Tracking units there is no better time. Best Buy currently has the Silver/Gray SPOT 2 Satellite Tracker on sale for $99.99. In addition to that, SPOT has a $50 Rebate going through the end of the year so your total will be about $50. If yo...

Re: drive belt ?'s

Your Kodiak has a Wet Clutch that can't be inspected without removing your Primary drive and then taking the clutch side cover off. Unless you've towed heavy loads like a broke down Polaris Sportman through 7 miles of snow your wet clutch should be fine for many more miles. The belt has a minimum wi...

Re: Pittbulls rocker

The first trip I tried the Rockers on rocks I wasn't impressed, however as mentioned I'm a rather sucky wheeler so maybe it wasn't the tires. After a few more trips I realized the tires were getting better, it took a few miles to get the sidewalls to flex and the lug edges to round off and grip well...

Re: New Gun S&W M&P compact

Nice gun, Almost got one a few years ago. But went with the XD. That's funny, I almost bought the XD and ended up getting the full size M&P instead. I put the two down side by side and decided I didn't like the fact that the Springfield was made in Croatia. "Manufactured in the city of Karlovac, Cr...

Re: New side x side or not?

Once they released it on their website I was free to speak and share the pictures. It all seemed odd to me, trying to keep it secret but testing it in Moab and Glamis while all of their crew was wearing CanAm gear from head to toe. I think they were more interested in protecting the actual specifica...

Re: New side x side or not?

I got my hands on a couple of their final production prototypes in April out in Moab. I had to sign about 8 non disclosure forms to touch it, then fill out page after page of critique and review forms after the two day test. Being last to market they incorporated or corrected most of the things the ...

A September to Remember

While not exactly riding related the current political stronghold is slowly crippling our freedoms and ability to recreate. Taking Harry Reid out would be a huge step in restoring the country, if you have any spare $ consider helping Sharron Angle take him down http://sharronangle.com/septembertorem...
