My polaris 500 temp sensor went out once @radiator .bypass the sensor to see if fan comes on . I replaced my sensor and was good to go...

Ihad the same problem with my 03 600 I replaced my wheel sensor and worked fine hope that helps...

How bad is it . Tube it . around $20.00 I carry one with me always just in case.

I think that's why I carry a tube ,bead breaker tire iron's on the trail you never know what can happen out there. That'a a pretty nasty puncture . I have some nasty gashes in my front tire's I think there on there last leg.Icant wait to get new tires...

I never blown one yet, just luck I guess.Igot over a 1000 miles on my 589's lots of rock crawling,but the 1st ripped tire i get will be replacing.
