sorry going to vegas , I might possibly get a trip in before or after.

I just put a new belt on my SP.It was hard to open the sheaves.I just stuck a large size screwdriver in between the sheaves on the secondary clutch and pryed them apart it went off and on easy .I did it by myself ,but it would of been nice to have an xtra pair of hands.

sorry pepe 02 have spacers on both sides my quad is a 03 they changed a few things mine has spacers on the left only.

There is only one set of spacers on the left side. I had my footwells off 2 weeks ago. Hope that helps.

Lets go anyway just to say we did it.

I put in for vacation time for 6/10-6/12 lets go for the weekend.

The awd trick will work the same 2wd spin in reverse and engage clutch then put in awd on .

Everything functions the same .It wont have an effect on the EBS because its only on in reverse. When you put it in reverse the speedo reads slow like it would when pressed the button. The override button still functions for the hour,trip,and maint functions.

Just did the mod today works great .Now I wont have to hold that darn button in when I'm stuck. I had to use the relay . Pretty simple to do.

I'm actually getting ready to build a custom extended rack . I've got to use my new welder for something.Terry still got to make your skid plates. Maybe in a couple of weeks.

Dont use a pipe wrench on the adjusters if you dont have to buy the spanner wrench . I tried with a pipe wrench and guess what my luck cracked one. http://www.bigbuckatvproducts.com/polar ... _tools.htm

Me & Larry are in . I dont think I can get that friday off , but maybe a half day. No big deal will just have come in at night if we have to . I still have to talk to dan .

Thats stuck if you have to winch a snow mobile. I dont know if that 1.5 would pull one out if it was stuck in 4' of snow ,but I would get a winch if had a Snowmobile.You just might have to use a ( Snatch Block)
