try this one - make your own box http://sende.en.alibaba.com/product/50117786/50623832/ATV_trailer/ATV_Trailer/showimg.html This looks a bit TOO robust for my needs...and certainly more work to get the way I want it before the first use. This looks like it could be an awesome trailer though! Did yo...

That's a nice one, but didn't make the list due to the speed rating, lack of suspension, and overall weight of the trailer. That'd be a great one for around the farm, but not much good for my purpose.

Thanks d2photo,

Re: tough little trailer

This little trailer has Timken wheel bearing and 6-ply tires....check it out http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=47845 Its pretty versatile, the expanded metal deck allows you to go "bungee crazy" and the stake pockets are endlessly versatile. A 4x6 pup tent would even ...

Franco, Maybe you could adjust the rear springs to a stiffer setting and then the IRS wont sag as much. That may keep your rear tires at a straighter angle. This is what I did, but of course, it didn't do anything for my front end. Mine sag in the front as well as the back. This fix is only a banda...

Chadd...if there was a code...as with my 700 EFI , shouldn't there be a "check engine" indication on the display?????????? Maybe not w/the 06's...but mine does that with the T-BAP sensor issues I've had... OK...now I'm on the phone w/the dealer......waiting...waiting...for someone to run the diagnos...

You won't get your dealer or Polaris to buy it back! Polaris will fix the bike. I have never heard of Polaris buying back a bike. Has he put a fuel pressure gauge on it? Is there any codes in the computer? If the bike just dies while riding there will be a code in the computer.. I've looked for a c...

Good point...fuel pump. I'll mention that possibility to the dealer. I kinda doubt they'll be able to get it to happen, but we'll see. I'm curious though, how can this pump be checked out when it only does the stalling when it's being used. Got any idea there? I'm not sure how to implement that chec...

Still F'ed UP!!!

OK, Bill, it wasn't the "ECT = electronic throttle control" The Friggin' thing started doing it again. I thought it was fixed, but this weekend, Sunday, we went on a long family ride (40 miles). After about 10 miles, the damned thing started doing it again. I thought I'd adjust the ETC cable...first...
