sorry i have not got back guys, not been to well and have had to catch up on work.

the wheels have an offset of 3+4.

thanks for the offer of the spacers but i have some sitting round somewhere that i'll try and dig out.

i think mine is still on it's first belt :shock:
no slips of paper in the paper work saying it has had a new belt put on, it looks ok but i think i'll replace it round christmas just to be safe!!

I have a 500 and an 800, and the 500 has more than enough power and speed to get you into plenty of trouble. The 500 can stay up with the 800 just fine on most rides. well the only reason i went with the 500 was because there was that one for sale near me and also cause it's good for long rides so i can pack more booze and less petrol :lol: but i want another toy with more power for them days when power is more important then MPG :D i get a mixture of quads into ...

once you go polaris you never go back, i have been bitten and for my next quad i am after one of the 850xp's but how good are they? is there much power difference between the 800 and 850? and also i have been hearing some really big problems with the frame cracking ect??

don't use polaris oil, when i did mine i stuck in oil i use all the time, castrol. engine runs a lot smother now.

because of the secound radiator it covers the light so i have decided to do the 3-light mod and then run the wires for the pod light to 2 spots on the rack plus i need the space in the pod for the road legal kit 8)

i had a clicking sound on my 99 sportsman might be the same might not but it was the front brake pads hitting the brake disc, i just took the pads out cleaned them put some copper slick in, pop them back in and the clicking went away.
