Postby ATV'er » Sat Nov 03, 2007 6:52 am

Hey I been looking at getting a trailer to haul my quad. I want to get one that can haul two quads. Does anybody recommend any trailers.

I've been looking at one at Lowe's, I think its officially a landscape trailer, but it has side and rear ramps. IIRC its a 6X12, should fit two quads no problem. Runs about $1500-1600.

Piute ATV trailers are a great value. They are pricy but you get what you pay for.

I was looking at those lowes trailers. I have been looking around to see what there is out there. I plan to buy in the spring just doing some research now.

I got mine at Sylvan Trailers....in Citrus Heights. I also went to Pacific Trailers and a few others I forget.

I was going to get a trailer to haul 2 quads, but started looking a larger trailers for not that much more. I purchased a 16 foot car hauler trailer , tamden axel and brakes for $2100......... just depends on what you may be draging around. A trailer like that may be overkill for you.

I got mine a couple years ago for $1600. It comes with electric brakes and a spare tire. It is a Eagle Brand ATV Trailer. 6 1/2 x 13. It loads off the side or the rear. I have been very happy with mine.

I've got a Triton Trailer for carrying my two grizzlies. It is an older one but similar to their SL-8 model. I like that it takes me about 10 seconds to drop the ramp and I can load/unload off either side:

No brakes and it isn't real rugged with its small diameter wheels. I like to unload as soon as I hit dirt, so for me it doesn't need to be all that rugged.

As anybody used the strongbox trailers. They sell them at home depot. I decided that I should by one sooner than later.
