No safety straps.

Shorts, filp flops, t-shirt.

WTF was taking him so long to drive up? Gas on already!!!

I always put the straps on, at least one. Most of the time I have my riding gear on when pulling on too. And I don't fawk around, once she starts going, jsut gas on and get the fawk in the truck!!

Had an incident a couple of weeks ago at Cisco loading up, dahm near drove over the bed of the truck TWICE - once on each side. Tires were wet, so were the ramps. Slid right off the side. Thankfully nothing bad happened other than a butt pucker and a few choice words.

Ouch! That's why I love my trailer: the ramps are bolted on and only about half that steep. Watching you guys load into your trucks gives me the willies...

not to mention the lovely angle of those ramps..... i think he was screwed either way......if he was on the gas, he may have been buying a new back window.......which i would rather do then have that machine land on top of me....

Yeah, I have a short ramp and a tall truck. I always use the safety straps. Additionally, I have a 5000 pound rated chain the back of the bed (connected to each tie down (left/right side) that I connect my winch cable to.

Never had an issue and if I'm not overly brave or the angle is too bad, I just winch straight into the truck via the ramp.

Great job staying safe, there! :D

I use a folding ramp instead of those two piece units (like in your photo). Got mine for $129 at RMATV.

The cans and holders are from Canada and can't get them here anymore.
