Mask

Postby ToddW » Tue Dec 22, 2009 11:00 am

Why can't they make this quality of dust mask
http://www.amazon.com/Talus-Outdoor-Tec ... 95&sr=1-22

I'd spend $60 for something of that quality!

Looks like it would be great for winter riding... my normal balaclava fogs up my glasses :?

The Utah one is not there, the wolf snout won't work with open face or no helmet (or just ugly/floppy), and the neopreme screen one I got from polaris place falls off my face, and the 3M one linked above is badass but freaking insanely huge I have those for painting and sanding.

Then your not adjusting them properly. Or bought to big a size. If the nose piece is set right and the neck strap is on properly it cant fall off, unless ya dont have a nose

I tried multiple sizes, and the nose piece is very uncomfortable, and if I look 'back' or side to side a couple times the whole thing wiggles down slowly. :(

Well I guess it goes to show ya can't please everyone.

With over 3500 units sold though my site alone and only 3 returned in all time I been selling them I'll still say it's the best mask out there.

ToddW if you bought them from my website site send them back I'll refund your money.

That offer goes for you too hemingray if your nose piece came off send it back and I'll replace it. I stand behind what I sell. :)

Not from your site. That does explain why they are 'the best' though ;)

Well, it's true if "'please" also means "fit" everyone. It's hard to make a product like a face mask that works well for every head and face shape and helmet combo. I'm OK with mine - I still use it and it works well. (I'm not sure where I complained about the nosepiece though!) And I gave the SportsMask a  here

As for standing behind your products, I absolutely know that - I really like both sets of the tire bonnets I have and I have experienced your excellent customer service.

So there! :-)
