Major Rubicon Changes Announced

I have been informed that Placer County in conjunction with El Dorado Natl. Forest will be making unprecedented changes to the Rubicon Trail this summer. The following changes are planned:

1. The trail will be graded and asphalted from Loon Lake to Tahoma.
2. A stop light will be installed at Ellis Creek.
3. Car pool lanes will be installed.
4. OHV's will be banned.

Now what are we gonna do?

We could Join Sierra club and drive Prius's and turn into tree huggers. OR could go jump off a bridge instead.

i dont' know much about this but is it all bs' or for real. i an a little confused.
