I think the previous sets of photos...FULLY justifies my Thread Topic adjustment. =D>

when you get those gussets and all that welded you will have a tank good job.

Looks good, too bad with all that work it's going to crack again. You should of staggered your gussets so the ends are not in the same spot on the tube. All that welding is going to make the tube super weak right there.

well im not going to stress about it! :lol: wasnt planning on welding them soild but i see your point. im thinking if i ever get it back together that i might get a few miles out of it before it cracks again and then i just might have to get a big boy quad as ken says :lol: or make a new frame but first i need to get it together! :roll:

Yea Know it might not crack if you quit beating on the rocks especially the ones the size of the quad !

well today we found the problem 5th driven gear missing a tooth!

on the post pointing at the camera in the 2 pic, at the base look like some of the gear teeth have been flattened maybe at the 12 / 1 o clock position.

I dont know jack about it but just pointing it out...

and as mentioned ill help you if you need it, but it would be a blind guy leading a blind deaf guy..
im a good gfb (go fetch it boy) beer, wrenches , screwdrivers..... a mechanic :lol:
