Friends and family caravaned out to the Swell late Friday night. We left home around 4:30pm, but didn't get a camp spot situated until after midnight.

We wound up camping in the exact spot where we've now camped two other times. A perfect location right in a small canyon, sitting in a dry wash (glad there was no rain forecast).

Some of our group went out in search of slot canyons while the rest of us went on to explore the trails around Temple Mountain, little Wild Horse and other locations within 50 miles of Temple Mountain (and that permitted motorized vehicles).

Nice shots BruteForce! Dang, I need to make it out to the swell sometime. RedGrizz goes out there for a week or so every spring, but my Grizzly is still snowbound at that time so I never make it.

Great pics! Camping out makes it all more fun.

I especially liked that you went to a place called "Wild Horse" for some reason...

I've been told I joke around too much.
So one day I tried being serious.
Everybody laughed!
