That's interesting Larry. So the swell is far worse, the more air inside. Interesting. I hadn't really paid attention.

Why not just get the complete bracket kit from Kolpin.com or rockymountainatv.com?

I have the same 4gallon setup, but bought the two mounting brackets. They can be found here:

Go to: www.kolpinpowersports.com They have 2 style of brackets for the fuel pac. I have the kind that mount on any flat surface. I have one mounted on each side of my moose diamond tread box on my rear rack. 2 jr. packs. One for fuel and the other for water. The one they make for the rear rack is very sturdy.
