tank bags /fender bags
Has anyone ever used the tank bags? Did you like them? I heard the tank bags get in the way on the polaris shifter. What about fender bags I think these may be a little better for the p[olaris owners. Any opinions????

I have a tank bag on my Honda an no issues with it.
Ken has the tank bag on his Polaris and he has not compalined yet. I know that it adds a whole lot of easy accessible storage which is nice for when you want to get to your camera quickly.

I have tank bags....I like them. I put Jerky in there...water bottle sometimes...my camera.
I'll read the brand on mine. Nicely made....I think they're from Cabelas...they were a gift.

I have a QuadBoss tank bag that has a clear window for maps, I put some velcro inside of that part so it holds my GPS, also holds all kinds of things, I had my camera/wallet/keys/towstrap/smokes(I have quit! yay!)/rain ponchos/all kinds of other crap.
It doesnt even come close to the shifter to have any effect on shifting.
I wouldn't get side hanging tank bags, if that is what u are talking about.
I have also bought a "camel pack" from Wal-Mart of all places, and it's a little bigger than the camel packs, and it has all kinds of pockets and storage (I keep 2 bladders in mine). I feel better keeping things in that vs the tank bag only because of the, "what if I sink my atv and my wallet and keys with truck starter/remote are in it" which I don't need to access while I am on the trails anyway

Innovative Products makes my tank bag. The only thing I do, is try to keep the right bag, not so full....otherwise it does inhibit my shifting.

See if you had a Honda you would not have to worry about the shifter being near the leg there and having the tank bag block it. . . mark one up for the Honda Man. . .
