My Polaris fleet just got bigger
The Wife have been looking at the Rangers.
On Sat. we went in just to look.
We now have a 07 700XP 700EFI no bells and whistles yet but soon.
Still looking for the carb. on this thing?
Just for break-in I have got about 1 and a 1/2 half cords of Oak and Cedar
Rhinos are nice but I like seating for three, We are a family of three
Looks like the new 800X2 will come a little later

Hey Larry...if you look closely...he's stuck in the snow. Derrick had to winch him out cause lookey...there's no winch! He could have gotten out...but his stock tires wouldn't grip.

I see that, it must be awful cold without a windshield too. And summer, crap you'll burn your head off without some type of roof on there to keep the sun out. Keep your feet in on the side hills, without doors you'll want to stick your feet out, terribly painful to have a foot amputated I hear. About the only thing I would add would be a small XM radio or Ipod for those long trips, but then you would want speakers. like I said, open up the wallet

He's just shaking it down, making it road worthy and finding the bugs before he turns it over to her. He's a giver, doesn't want her to have a bad experienceDAVE wrote:Bill what are you doing in the drivers seat??? Quote from the wife "He's "breaking it in" for me.
He worked it hard the day before getting wood, now he's just taking an easy day going to your house"
Ummm... right...
That's it Tammy... He's breakin' it in for ya..

Skids? You need to stop by a Polaris shop and look under one of these Rangers. No skid plates neededKeith Strong wrote:Don't forget skids, recovery gear, maybe a box to hold stuff in the bed....
Yes I'm running break-in for the Wife. She does not understand veri-RPMs and don't idle to long. No full throttle for the first 10 to 15 hours.
It came with the 26" PTX tires that will work well for a good bit of time. I just put on one of my other sets of ITP's for the time that Mat and I do some running around. (lots of asphalt getting to the trails)
Roof and Wind screen will most likely be first. (full cab would be cool)
She is talking about a stereo with a I-pod jack.
The 4.0 winch on a 2" receiver (front and rear mount) will come after I get the 800X2 Deluxe.
As time will show She will have the full cab, 4.0 winch, Tool rack for the rear, Small lift kit 1.5" or 2", Rims and BigHorns, and Stereo
