The front hubs need to be assembled the right way.
I can look in my many manual and email the pages to you.
What year is that 500?
04 500 HO SP w/ the RZR bling rims/tires and 2 03 Bomber GTX DI

i think i have sorted it, i have a haynes manual for the quad already. according to the popo dealer if the castle nut is not torqued to the right setting then it will not work.
