Diff? FLuid CHange
I need / want to change the front and rear diff fluid (and oil but I've done that before)... is it pretty simple?
What are the specs of the oil I should use?
I`ll probably go with Amsoil as it's what I use in my other rigs and really like it... but I need to know the specs
Also, anyone ever run other than poliars engine oil? I've only changed my oil once and it was polaris oil/filter... thinking about swapping that to amsoil now too.

I would recommend using the Polaris lube for the front diff....it's not expensive, nor does it require much.
Fill to the exact specs.....
And no, it's not hard. Just drain...and refill. I think it's 4oz...but don't quote me.

For the front diff, I HIGHLY recommend the Poo oil too. Something special in it for the friction material on the locker.
As far as the rest, I would say Amsoil is as good as any. Stick with the weight recommendations and you should be fine.
I use 5W-50 Castrol Syntec in my wife's quad. Only reason I used the Poo oil in mine is because it came with an oil change kit I bought.
Oh and I used a K&N oil filter, mainly because it has a "nut" welded on the end, much easier to install and remove.

The front differential is made by Hilliard, nothing magic in the Polaris oil. The Hilliard is the same unit used in John Deere and a number of other utility vehicles. JD Hy-Gard, Amsoil ATH, or Mobil 424 are direct replacements.
http://www.hilliardcorp.com/view.php?id=FDS-1
Front Differential = AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor Hydraulic/Transmission Oil SAE 5W-30 (ATH)
Rear Differntial = AMSOIL Severe Gear 75W/90 (SVG)
Engine = Amsoil Powersports 0W/40 (AFF)
Transmission calls for an AGL fluid. The Amsoil Series 2000 Synthetic Chaincase Lubricant (TCC) is a direct replacement, but the ATH has similar viscosity with better thermal properties. In addition to that it quiets the transmission noise
If you need any of the AMSOIL pm, I have everything at the house
