2007 800, put new belt on, now creeping???

Can anyone help with this, just wondering I just put a new belt on my 800 as 2 coggles broke off the old one, now with the new belt its creeping when in gear just a hair, why is this happening as it did not do that before the new belt?

my 500 does that when it is cold i figured was just a brand quark.
but maybe it is more i think is due to the belt needing broke in after about 100 miles mine stoped doing that.
