I have over 800 miles on my '05 Sportsman 800 EFI and it's great. Although the second master cylinder appears to be going bad, because my rear brake pedal is going soft again.
So aside from that, it's great.

Any of you 2005 owners having problems?

I think they need to take 02-04 back brake cylinders and put 'em back in the 05's.

Ken, Sorry about the delay. I've been riding in Limestone NY (Near the PA border).
I have never rode in Canada yet, it's only me and my Uncle and once in a while a buddy from work.
I'm always looking for new people to ride with, and new places.
