Yeah...those are really cool. I've seen the videos on the Mattrack site, pretty impressive.

Clearly, you're not going to climb major mountains, like a sled would...but you could sure go on just about any trail...anytime.

Your right. So for 3K I could call my ride a snowmobile in the winter and quad in the summer.

Cheaper than a snowmobile..... However, without the fuel capacity, 120 hp and 159 long track like my sled... lol.....

The only problem with the Polaris tracks are you can only use them in Snow. The Mattracks you can use them in any conditions.

I wonder if there is a speed rating for them.... In other words if there is a limit as to how fast you can drive them.

You're definitely not flying up double/black ski runs with those on.

But you could do the whole Rubicon with 'em on...in January.

With the weight of 400# added to the the weight of the quad.... I think it would be a trip to watch it attempt Fordyce or any of the winch hills.
