The 500 EFI should have more power than the 500 HO, and run better too.

My favorite of the 2006 lineup is the Sportsman X2... 500 EFI motor, longer wheel base, and a big rear dump bed.

Do these have FIRS?.... The older models didn't have independent rear suspension, they were single axle.

Yeah the X2 is wild. It appears the ATP is gone (the solid axle version)... so they used its special diff with turf mode too.

I hope they bring out a 700 or 800 EFI version of it... I'd say it's likely in 1-2 years, since Bombardier has a MAX (2-seat) version of the Outlander 800 EFI.

I'm also betting that by Fall, there will be a limited edition Camo X2.

The 600 was discontinued. I personally wouldn't own a machine without EFI, so I wouldn't consider the 600 anyway.

Snow?? Um, if you plan to ride in snow, I think you're buying the wrong machine. Snowmobiles are a lot more fun in the snow. Right, Miyagi? :)
