06 500HO EFI 2 up

Postby MrBill » Thu Sep 22, 2005 6:11 am

Has anyone seen one?
I'm thinking this would be great because:
6 gal. gas tank.
pickup type bed for camping gear.
A little longer wheel base for the steep trails.
EFI for the different altitudes.
Three mode rear diff. One wheel drive would be great for working in the yard.

It seems that when I go riding with the Atvobsession group I can't carry enough supplys.

My dealer will not see one till Dec.
Chadd your shop going to have one sooner?

They don't even have them on our shipping schedule yet. It might be December.

I heard RobG talking about getting one..... Looks nice. I wonder how much they weigh? or... If they're longer than your basic ride....

As always, I'm to lazy to check.....

Just a little longer. 3-4" over a 700 or 800
weight up like a 700 or 800' but will hold 400lbs in rear box.

I haven't heard a weight yet. They are longer than a normal atv. To be legal both riders have to sit in front of the rear axle. that the makes the wheel base longer..

My buddy I work with owns a two seater bomb. It's a trip looking at them, everything seems pushed forward..... and I think it's only a 500...... It's actually a nice ride.

I'm thinking this is what I want to move up to.
400 lbs. box is rear, 6 gal. gas. EFI, and I can always add a lift kit if I hit center all the time.
Down size cost is at a 700EFI/ 800EFI

I realy need to ride and see one first.

I'll never get up to 400 lbs ,but the last ride I had my big Polaris box full and two flat packs (water/gas). It would be nice to keep the load lower and not so tall.
