I did it a different way... Using the parts provided and a few extra nuts. It seems to be snug and more importantly right where it needs to be (visually accessible just to the right of the pod).
05' Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI, 2.5 warn winch, tool box, front grill, rear bumper, gas pack, Magellan Sportrak Pro GPS and Collett radio.

02' Polaris Sportsman 700, ITP 589 m/s, K&N air filter, Polaris front and rear bumpers.

Ken I couldn't sell it...when I finish it(polish aluminum and cut down brass rod) I would probably just send it. I hate seeing things sit around collecting dust. I'll get it done the next rainy day while milling around the garage.
