It was even more simple than the hub.


It's called....TIGHTEN THE BOLTS. 1 bolt down low and higher (#14 on the rear strut diagram) were loose.

Another on the other side was too....
The last words spoken before a YouTube video is filmed: "Hold my beer, now watch this..."

Good deal.... That was a cheap fix.

Exactly.


Though I did sit down with the diagram on Sunday and ordered 80 bucks worth of replacement bushings and bolts. After all the pounding I've given them...I figured it was wise to put fresh bolts and bushings in. I'll keep the old ones for spares.

One nice side effect of most of us having Polaris', any one of us can use it in a pinch.


I also have extra play in my bars, so I'm replacing the two bushings that connect the tie-rods to the steering post.

The two bushings that connect to the tie-rods?
After I rolled mine. The plate on the top of the steering column deformed and I had to tighten the four nuts under the handle bar clamps. This was the extra play in my bars.
