Big Horns - Installed

Postby Ken » Sun Dec 03, 2006 10:29 am

Well...Installed my new Big Horns...and did a snow ride...so far so good.

I have some pictures coming....

Rear clearance with stock 26" tires = 13 inches

Rear clearance with 26" Big Horns = 15.75 inches

I gained 2 3/4 inches in clearance with 4lbs of air.

That is a drastic difference. Looking forward to the snow riding pics. What was your first impression of the tire's perfromance on the ride?

The stock lug nuts must have been torqued at 100lbs.....took some whacks to free them.

It was in snow...I was never on a hard surface...but I was still impressed with their snow performance...

I haven't weighed them....but the Big Horns and ITP Aluminum Series 7 rims felt lighter than my smaller stock tires.

LOL....

I didn't choreograph the photo of me changing. It wasn't like I said..."Hey...take a photo of me changing the tires".

To be honest...I didn't get a ton of grief...more like..."I can't believe you're taking all these pictures of tires!"

I said....My READERS demand information!! Unfortunately, I didn't provide enough....and I apologize....profusely...ROFL....

LMFAO!!!...Well thats better..your forgiven..As far as enough info not only did you miss the side shot you missed giving sizes. We got the part about the height but what about width? are they 26-12-12 or 26-11-12 or 26-10-12....front/back dimensions are required seeing how you took all that time taking damn pictures!!! This is something we expect from a man of your caliber.

...Your Readership
