Last trip I put a slice in my left rear riding through some nasty mine tailings. This stuff was about as sharp as razor blades on the edges and sliced completely though a lug and into the case of the tire, probably about 5" long. Despite that the tire is still solid and holding air. If it didn't have that lug I'm pretty sure I would have been buying a new tire. Awesome Tires!

I've beaten the crap out of mine the last two trips. They still look great. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

Mine are still impressing me on each ride....The last one being really muddy, so much so that the Grizzly floated in an accidental dip in a mud hole!!! Awesome traction no matter what I encounter!! 8)

I think I'm going to do it for my 800. I'm going with the 27".

Where did everyone buy theirs? I saw $413.80 at BC Offroad for a set of 4 at 27".

If that's his delivered price and includes Mr. Bill's cut that's a pretty good price. There is a guy on eBay ( http://stores.ebay.com/ATV-TIRES-PLUS ) that has them a little cheaper than BC's advertised price, but Bryan matched the price when I got my 26's. I found my 27's on eBay, used for $300 delivered. The guy bought them and didn't relize his quad couldn't turn them, they had 2 miles on them

Wow! Ken is going radial!!! You will like them Ken, I'm pretty sure of that. I paid $80 for fronts and $85 for rears at my dealer.....For 25's.

BTW, anyone that gets these tires that doesn't care for the white letters on the sidewall, like me......Get a can of Krylon Ultra Flat Black spray paint and spray the letters....Blends really well....White letter tires on my camo quad just looked like a clash to me....

I'm WILLING to try them....I said WILLING. If I don't like 'em...you'll see a set of bighorns...low miles on the site for sale. :)

Well, try them for 4-5 months... then sell them to me when you decide you don't like them... I'll be riding my new X2 800 around that time.

Sound good Ken?

27" is a little big, but if you get them, I'll probably still bite... win-win???

What about the Dirt Tamers? They are a bias ply version of the bighorns. There are a few guys around here running them and are very pleased.
