OMG..... It's so hot today. Almost 80 degrees..... I sure wish it would rain.... roflmao.

The thing that sucks about the weather is it ihas been cold till this past weekend, when it jumped to 85. . . (in the bay area). . . I have a triathlon this weekend where it is supposed to be mid to upper 80s, and I have done no heat training, only traiing in sub 50 degree weather, this is going to suck. . .
