sportsman 700EFI Brake?

Postby ATV'er » Thu Nov 23, 2006 5:30 pm

I have a sportsman 700EFI and have notice that when I pust the foot brake for the rear brakes that it is firm for a minute then pushes down to the floor. Is this normal or not? I have never noticed it before because I normally use the the hand lever.

Not Normal.. Sounds like The Master is bad.. Pretty common on the Polaris. You can try to bleed any air that is in the system..

BTW welcome...

Welcome to the site, looks like you are pretty close to most of us. . . 75% of us are in the surrounding towns of the Gold country. . .

i know that a few of the other riders here have had a similar issue and they eventually had to replace their master, but you might just have air in the lines as chad hinted at. . .
