Out of commission for a bit (RECOVERED)

Postby d2photo » Sat Feb 19, 2011 11:26 am

Well I won't be doing any quading anytime soon. Until I replace the truck anyway. Was stolen from my driveway 2 days ago.

My fault (see kim I said it was my fault), I left it unlocked after a midnight run for something from the truck..

man that sucks, I know , I have been in that position before, took all my tools and when the police find it and call me they ask if I want it towed or if I want to come and get it, I say I'll come and get it, to bad they didnt tell me it was missing two tires and the battery, luckily for me my roommate, worked for a garage and he said lets get the tow truck in case it wont start, he also had a firend that gave me two tires and rims, hope you have better luck and get it back and in the same condition it was.

it would be my red f-150 - the one you have all seen me driving for the past 8 years now -

I actually think I'm more pissed about the stuff that was in it and not mine. My daughters backpack for school, her car seat, and her new rain coat and most of all, the animals she plays with. That was the kicker she was mad about her missing animals.

That blows chuncks!

What area do you live in?

I might be able to come up with a new car seat and backpack for ya. Not a big help, but...

Well still nothing, and at this point don't expect to get back. Sooo.. Tent puller replaced this weekend '06 Tundra, went 2x this time but got a crew cab. Will make hauling around my spawn so much easier..

Recovered today. Reported sitting in Citrus heights by a local after a few days.

Exterior in same shape. Seats stolen, all seat belts cut tried to take the stock stereo (why? And all of my presets still there).

A bench seat left in there and not bolted which made for an interesting ride back.

They used it to move someone up/from shasta plates stolen from another car in Shasta.
Truck sti runs drives strong just going to take some $$ to get it back to driveable
